Return & Exchange Policy

At Eagle Fitness Store, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including all manuals, paperwork, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item in accordance with our return policy. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

Free Delivery & Installation: We offer free delivery on all orders above AED 200, and free installation for all products within the UAE. Delivery times range from a minimum of 2 days to a maximum of 5 days.

Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Warranty & Maintenance: During the warranty period, maintenance services are provided free of charge.
